Hello Limoncello

1 oz. RE:FIND Limoncello
½ oz. RE:FIND Neutral Brandy (vodka)
½ oz. Fresh Squezed Lemon Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
2-3 oz. Soda Water
2 Basil Leaves

Clap basis leaves in your hand and place them in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake. Add soda water to shaker to rinse the sides and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh basil leaf.

Citrus Re:Fresher

3 oz. RE:FIND Neutral Brandy (vodka) or Botanical Brandy (gin)
¾ oz. RE:FIND Limoncello
3 oz. fresh-squeezed orange juice
¾ oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
Fresh mint sprigs

Muddle fresh mint in glass and fill glass with ice. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake. Pour over ice and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

Top with a sprig of Thyme

Combine 1 cup of sugar & 1 cup of water in a pot and place on medium heat for 15 minutes until dissolved. Take off heat and steep 1 tea bag of Rose tea (or rose petals) into simple syrup for 15 minutes.

Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice & shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a bucket glass & top with thyme.

Re:Find SLO Harvest

1 ¾ oz. RE:FIND Gin
½ oz. Lavender Honey Simple Syrup
(2 parts honey, 2 parts water, 1 part sugar)
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
2 strawberries

Muddle strawberries. Add remain ingredients, ice, shake, strain, and serve. Garnish with strawberry.

Re:Find Spring Fever

1 ½ oz. RE:FIND Gin
3 oz. Fever Tree Tonic
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
1 teaspoon lemon juice & 2 lemon wheels
4 mint leaves

In Collins glass, muddle lemon wheels with lemon juice, mint, and bitters. Add gin, tonic, and ice.

Re:Find Farmstand

1 ½ oz. RE:FIND Gin
2 oz. Fresh Apple Cider
1 oz. Fresh Melon Juice
½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Mint
Splash of Fever Tree Tonic

Muddle mint in the bottom of a shaker. Add gin, cider, melon and lemon juice, and ice and shake. Top the shaker with a splash of tonic and serve. Garnish with mint.

Re:Find Negroni

1 part RE:FIND Gin
1 part Aperol
1 part Vya Extra Dry Vermouth
Orange Peel
ice

Place all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and stir until fully chilled. Pour into an old fashion glass over ice, garnish with orange peel, and serve.

Re:Find Plum Sour

1 oz. RE:FIND Gin
½ oz. Lemon
½ oz. Simple Syrup
2 dashes Plum Bitters
Float of Villicana Red Wine

Combine the first four ingredient and then strain. Pour into double old fashion glass with ice and float the wine. Garnish with lemon peel.

Re:Find Roquette

2 oz. RE:FIND Gin
¾ oz. Agave Syrup (1:1 water to agave)
¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Handful of Arugula

Muddle everything except for the gin, then add gin
and ice to shaker. Shake and strain over ice.

Gin & Ginger

1 oz. RE:FIND Gin
5 oz. Fever Tree Ginger Beer
½ oz. Fresh Lemon/Lime Juice
Garnish with lime
Option: Cilantro leaves

Option: Muddle 6-8 fresh cilantro leaves in bottom of glass. Add ice and the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!

Re:Find Classic Martinez

1 ½ oz. RE:FIND Gin
¾ oz. Vya Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
2 dashes Orange Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and stir gengle until ice cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh shock of lemon peel.

 

RE:FIND CUCUMBER VODKA RECIPES

3 oz. RE:FIND Cucumber Vodka
1 ½ oz. YES Dill Simple Syrup
Fever Tree Club Soda

Combine the vodka and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Top the shaker with a splash of club soda and stir briefly. Pour into a chilled martini glass or over ice and garnish with fresh dill.

Drunken CucumberDrunken Cucumber

1 ½ oz. RE:FIND Cucumber Flavored Vodka
¾ oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
Garnish with mint & cucumber slice

Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Fine strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cilantro sprig and slice of cucumber.

Combine all ingredients in shaker. Shake and strain.

The Blackberry Bees KneesThe Blackberry Bees Knees

1 ½ oz. RE:FIND Cucumber Flavored Vodka
¾ oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Honey
1 Egg White
5 Blackberries

Muddle blackberries in the bottom of a shaker, then dry shake. Add the remaining ingredients in the the shaker along with ice. Shake until chilled. Fine strain. Serve up with a blackberry garnish.

White LinenWhite Linen

1 ½ oz. RE:FIND Cucumber Flavored Vodka
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. St. Germain
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
Lime or cucumber garnish

In a shaker combine all ingredients and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass ¾ filled with ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice or fresh shock of lime.

Re:Find Cucumber Thyme

1 ½ oz. RE:FIND Cucumber Vodka
½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz. Thyme Simple Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Watermelon Juice
¾ oz. Dry Vermouth

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice and shake or stir.

Re:Find Dill-icious

1 ½ oz. RE:FIND Cucumber
¾ oz. Dill Simple Syrup (1 part sugar/1 part water/dill to taste)
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash of salt
Splash of Fever Tree Club Soda

Add all ingredients into shaker with ice and shake. Top the shaker with a splash of club soda, stir, and serve.

RE:FIND Cucumber Bloody Mary

1 ½ oz RE:FIND Cucumber
2 dashes Worcestershire
4 dashes Tabasco
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
¼ oz Lemon Juice
4 oz Tomato Juice/Bloody Mary Mix

Method: Add all ingredients in mixing glass and roll
Glass: Pint
Garnish: Lemon/Lime Wedge Celery Stick

1 ½ oz RE:FIND Cucumber
¾ oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
5-6 Mint Leaves
Club Soda

Method: Muddle simple and mint/ Add Lime and RE:FIND/ Shake/ Strain/ top w/ soda
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Mint Sprig

1 ½ oz RE:FIND Cucumber
¾ oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Club Soda

Method: Shake all ingredients except soda, strain. Top with Soda

1 oz Dry Vermouth
¼ oz Absinthe

The Paso MuleThe Paso Mule

1 ½ oz. RE:FIND Vodka
4 oz. Root Elixir Ginger Beer
Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp RE:FIND Limoncello (optional)
Fresh Mint for Garnish

Clap mint in your hands in time then place it at the bottom of a mule mug. Add the juice of 1/2 lime, then add ice. Pour the vodka and ginger beer into the mug and stir. Float the limoncello (optional) and garnish with mint.

La Diabla

1 ½ oz. RE:FIND Vodka
½ oz. Crème de Cassis
¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Ginger Beer

Place first three ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a chilled glass and top with ginger beer.

Re:Find Apple Spice Martini

2 oz. RE:FIND Vodka
2 oz. Apple Cider
1 oz. Ginger Beer
Cinnamon Sugar & Cinnamon Stick (garnish)

Combine Re:Find Vodka with apple cider in martini
shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Add ginger beer,
shake lightly. Rim chilled martini glass with cinnamon sugar.
Strain vodka, cider & ginger beer into martini glass.

1 oz. RE:FIND Vodka
¼ oz. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
¼ oz. Drambuie

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice,
shake well, strain and pour into a chilled glass.

Old Fashioned

2 oz. RE:FIND Rye Whiskey
½ oz. Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a orange peel.

Re:Find Winter Rye

¼ cup (2 oz.) RE:FIND Rye Whiskey
⅛ cup (1 oz.) Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Blackberry Simple Syrup (1:1)
Garnish with Lemon Peel

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Old Fashion glass.

1 oz. Liquid Alchemist Orgeat Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
filled with ice. Shake, garnish with lemon, and enjoy!

1 ½ oz. RE:FIND Barrel Finished Vodka [e]
½ oz. Carpano Antica Vermouth
1 Bar Spoon - ⅛ oz - Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes Angostura Orange Bitters

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel and a maraschino cherry.

1 oz. Re:Find Kumquat Liqueur
1 oz. Re:Find [e] Vodka Finished in Barrel
1 oz. Honey Syrup
¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

To make the honey syrup, add 1 part warm water to 1 part honey and shake vigorously until combined. Then, add all of the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake. Pour into a champagne coupe and garnish with a slice of lime.

Easy [e]Easy [e]

1 ½ oz. Re:Find [e] Vodka Finished in Barrel
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Honey Syrup
4 Sage Leaves

To make the honey syrup, add 1 part warm water to 1 part honey and shake vigorously until combines. Then, add all of the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a glass of choice, garnish with sage, and enjoy.

Thai One On

1 oz. RE:FIND [e] Vodka Finished in Barrel
½ oz. RE:FIND Kumquat Liqueur
1 ½ oz. Mandarin Juice
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Thai Chili Syrup (see below)
1 teaspoon Charred Pineapple
2 Dashes of Apricot Bitters (Cecil & Merl Brand)

Pineapple Juice
Cut the skin off a pineapple and grill for 10 minutes
Puree the grilled pineapple and set aside

Thai Simple Syrup
Combine 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water into a pot and cook in the stove over low heat for 20 minutes. Add 6 Thai chilis. Let the sugar dissolve and cool to room temperature. This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.

Juice & strain fresh lemons and mandarins

Add all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake, and strain

1 ½ oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Honey Syrup

To make the honey syrup, add 1 part warm water to 1 part honey and shake vigorously until combined. Then, add all of the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake. Pour into a Collins glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
